Iris Pojani Associate Professor of Archaeology and Cultural Heritage Management (MA, PhD)

Received her BA in 1988 from the University of Tirana; MA (DEA – Les Cultures de l’Antiquité Classique) in 1995 from the University Paris X – Nanterre (France) where followed doctoral studies also; PhD in 1999 from the Albanian Academy of Sciences; Associate Professor in 2005.
Main interest in classical archaeology and art history, especially in ancient sculpture. Rituals of classical time, religious buildings, systematic surface survey, cultural heritage management and legislation in the field are subjects of interests as well.

Maria Grazia Amore MA

Received her BA in 1993 from the University of Torino (Italy) Department of Classics; MA in 2005 from University of Cincinnati (USA), PhD in progress.
Main research interests include the Greek colonization in Southern Italy and on the Adriatic Coast, and the study of pottery from Archaic to Hellenistic periods. Other interests: mortuary archaeology, techniques of excavation, sciences applied to archaeology, techniques of production of ceramic and metal objects, conservation.

Lorenc Bejko Associate Professor of Archaeology and Cultural Heritage Management (MA, PhD)

Received his BA in 1989 from the University of Tirana; MA in 1996 from Boston University; PhD in 2001 from the Albanian Academy of Sciences; Associate Professor in 2009.
Main research interests include the later prehistory of the Balkans and the Aegean, with a special focus on Albania; social approaches to archaeological studies; mortuary archaeology; landscape archaeology and surface survey; archaeological education; and archaeological heritage management.

Endri Kullolli

Currently a student attending the third year of the Faculty of History and Philology at the University of Tirana, with the objective to continue the second level of education in archaeology, Prehistory major. Main interests include the study of prehistoric settlements and fortifications, and the phenomenon of tumulus cemeteries in Albania.

Shefqet Lulja BA

Currently a student attending the fourth year (first year of the 2nd level) at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Polytechnic University of Tirana. Main interest is the application of different drawings and mapping software (AutoCad, GIS, 3D Max) for archaeological purposes, with a special focus on GIS. Also interested in design software, network management and web designer.
Collaborates with ICAA since April 2008.
